Before signing a 10-year deal with Adidas that took effect in 2019, the University of Washington had been a long time Nike school. Prior to that two-decade running coming to a conclusion these Air Jordan PE’s were amongst the myriad, but one of the crown jewels, of UW specific footwear.
This Air Jordan 3 and 11 both are outfitted in the Huskies colors. The 3 sports a white upper with a Washington logo on the tongue and “WASHINGTON” appearing on the back of the aforementioned tongue. A purple Jumpman hangtag is also present, with the same color appearing on the Jumpman branding at the rear heel. The aesthetic is completed with a white and purple midsole and cement grey rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 11 PEs sport a white ballistic mesh upper overlaid with a purple patent leather rand. A metallic gold Jumpman takes its place on the lateral ankle with “23” present on the rear heel. Purple is present at the inner, while the aesthetic is completed with a white midsole and a translucent rubber outsole.
